How do we encourage more experimentation in amateur radio?
Experimentation is part of the fabric of amateur radio. Part 97.1 (b) notes that one of the bases and purposes of amateur radio is the “continuation and extension of the amateur’s proven ability to contribute to the advancement of the radio art.”
