On January 11th, look out for this VR2 QRP activity. Team consisting of VR2VDX, VR2XAB, VR2WEV, VR2YKP & VR2ZTW plan to QRV from Hong Kong’s Lantau island (Yi O Pier). Look for them using individual callsigns Field Day style on CW & SSB.

Guntram, FG/OE9DGV has occasionally been active on the higher bands from Guadeloupe. He’s there until January 10th and uses a Kenwood TS-480HX with 5-Band Endfed Antenna. QSL via LoTW.

Adrian, HK4Q is currently QRV from Providencia, IOTA NA-049. Length of stay is unknown. He’s been active on 10m SSB so far. Recording by DX-WORLD.  * Providencia is part of the San Andres & Providencia DXCC Entity. 

Although license is still to be applied for, Casey AC1GQ will be on St Helena Island during January 10-24, 2026. He plans to QRV using low power and an end-fed antenna. Bands possibly 40 & 20m. Callsign added to this post once license is issued.

RARSfest, the Raleigh, North Carolina area hamfest is seeking speakers for their April 2026 event.
